TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Ownership of Work
All design assets, motion graphics, and creative concepts produced by Orio Studios remain the intellectual property of the studio until full and final payment has been received. Upon payment, usage rights are transferred as per the individual project agreement.
2. Project Scope
Project timelines and deliverables are agreed upon at the start of each contract. Any significant changes to the brief after work has commenced may result in adjusted timelines and additional fees.
3. Portfolio Representation
Unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is in place, Orio Studios reserves the right to display completed works within our portfolio, social media, and marketing materials to showcase our expertise.
